Rocket league...?

Hi. I really want to have rocket league in my steam. Is there any way possible to obtain it? I heard about things like tradeable gifts or cd keys..., any suggestion?!

Well, yeah, if you're REALLY into it, you can buy a license from a shady reseller (which is a bad idea for several reasons). Otherwise, EGS it is. Your Steam copy of the game would likely use EGS online services anyway.

Ye, i want playtime record, achievement n etc to be in my steam acc. I don't play outside steam.

Well, good luck with shady resellers. Beware though that you will be taking risks. Since shady resellers are shady, they might sell you a used license and then make you jump through hoops to get your money back (if at all).
