Support doesn't operate out of the forum pages. And regular users have no power over bans. You could try to do a support ticket if you feel like you need to do something. But there's a hundred more improbable things that are likely to happen before getting a ban lifted. They generally aren't handed out randomly, carelessly or accidentally.

And seeing your name history suggests you're pretty seriously involved with trading sites and whatnot, so it seems likely you might have been engaging in practices that aren't allowed or supported under Valve's trade policies.

And there's a pretty good chance you never looked the rules over. Since you're gonna have plenty of time now, you might take a look at those rules so your next account doesn't get banned.
