I had my account stolen in 2021 and didnt try to contact steam support bcs thought they cant do nothing however recently i discovered the "proof of ownership" and want to try to use it.The
problem is that i dont remember the name i was using to log in,the email adress and i used the phone number for my new account steam guard.I have The public name of this account(The one you see as profile name) and the account is still in my friends friendlist.I also have all the bank info,home adress that i was using on steam and the phone number was previously connected to this account.How do I contact steam without the info like email username and phone number?

to use it i need the account name ((wchich i dont remember) coz i only have current profile name(the one visible next to profile picture)) or email (wchich i dont know) or phone number that is now linked to my new account and was change on the stolen one

Although if you can't actually identify the account or prove ownership to Valve's satisfaction you won't get the account back.

I think the lesson here is don't make assumptions. It wouldn't have taken much effort to make a support ticket or look at the help section to start to understand your options. Trying to recover an account years later when you've forgot everything may make things more difficult or impossible.

Regardless of what happens with your account just make sure you learn the first lesson.

I tried using polaris(profile name) as account namein recovery step and bcs of that i could write a description that will be read by a real human so there is still a chance(i wrote that the name polaris is profile name of stolen account and that is in friendlist of **profile name** with acc name **acc name* and i have **all the data that i wrote in this post**
