Poker Night at the Inventory not even opening

The game won't start when pressing play on steam. Pops up in the task manager for 0.5s then disappears and the game reverts to 'play' instead of 'X stop'

i have tried literally everything and iv been trying to fix this for 2 days now and nothing works. i press play, it says cancel as if the game is gonna open, then doesn't and goes right back to play. i tried downloading a cracked version and opening it that way and it didn't work. ive downloaded dinput8.dll and it didnt work. im really desperate

Thats probably the issue. It wasn't designed to work on windows 11

No. Game runs fine here on Windows 11.
