This strikes me that this is entirely a 'you' problem but you're blaming the enforcement of appropriate conduct rules but you magically want an exception? All you're doing is making excuses for your behavior.
if your behavior is getting you banned, change your behavior
The 'problem' is not "what happens if I get banned from EA'.
The 'problem' is "why can I not behave like a civilized human"
