How do I use steam browsers bookmark?

Had couple pages bookmarked. But I don’t see anywhere on Steam overlay or settings to bring the page back up. Saw another post saying shift click the browser but it doesn’t do anything.

When I look it up online, it mentions on clicking on some star but I don’t see any.

What am I missing or this feature is broken?

When you click the button to add a new tab, a dropdown should appear with an Organize Bookmarks option (unless you don't have any bookmarks).

That doesn’t work. No drop down menu. All it does is add or remove. Even try to test it on a new bookmark Incase I didn’t book mark it to begin with, but still no drop menu.

Edit nvm. It’s not the bookmark button. It’s the new tab button.
