Steam "usage tracker" not saving full usage hours, but saving some of the usage hours it records
IE, it said 1361hrs before I shut down software I bought on steam (a sound board named Soundpad).
It had been running for weeks straight (I don't often shut down my PC, just let it idle).

So after weeks of runtime (if I had to guess, about 500hrs), it went from 1361.6hrs (the correct amount of time since I last started the program) to only 1060.3hrs (incorrect record of how long it's been running).

I've made sure it's NOT running as admin, it's manual start-up (no start on PC startup), and it's not in any conflict with antivirus software.

I've noticed the same issue with the games I play, so it's not just the one program.
Soundpad is just the most obvious one.

Edit
I'd like to point out that this has been an on-going issue for several months now, updates for OS and GPU drivers alike seem to have ZERO effect on it (still losing a majority percentage of the correct tracked time), and Steam seems to be the only program having issues.
I've run my PC's across multiple builds like this for years (about 12yrs now) and never experienced this issue with steam before.
