How to Update Store and Wallet Country on Steam Account?

Hello. I want to buy diamonds in dirty league but unfortunately I can't because my wallet shows a different country (France) and I can't change it...

I've already done it several times but it keeps telling me to update your store and wallet country. I will also add that I use a VPN and when I bought it I had France turned on... now I have Poland all the time and I still can't change it...

Did you change it in the past 90 days?

On November 27, I purchased a gift card to have some money in my account. then I could have set my VPN to France and Steam detects the current location and it could have changed... so now I have to wait 90 days? :P

Sounds like that was when you did the change, yeah. 90 day cooldown, yeah.
