I want to refund then rebuy a game. How should I do it?

I bought Path of Exile 2 early access supporter pack. After playing an hour I want to buy a bigger supporter pack (Path of Exile 2 - King of the Faridun Supporter Pack) but that pack have early access in it.

I dont want to pay twice for early access. Also I want to continue playing too.

Should I wait untill a refund before purchasing the new bigger pack? Should I buy the bigger pack now, play past 2 hour mark and hope refund of smaller pack? How long I have to wait untill smaller pack is completely removed from my account?

Yes, you should wait. Issue a refund request, DON'T PLAY THE GAME and wait. When your refund request gets granted, you can buy the other pack.

Definitely wait till the first purchase is refunded before buying the other one.
You dont need to wait till the money is back but at least till the refund was approved by Steam and the game removed from your library.
If you buy the bigger pack while the refund request is still active it will refund the game from the newer purchase and you will be left with nothing.
So be patient.
