Name and profile picture don't change bug ...anyone else !?

So you can see how my name on my profile is and what my picture is but in the steam app i see my name with the x-mas tree emoji and a picture i had during x-mas (where you can see your money from inventory and in the row where you have store..librrary and community ) i had reached to steam support and their steps for fix didnt work ..so was wondering if someone else had or have this issue or is just me ?!

sorry i just dont know how to explain it better ..hopefully you understand ...if wanna help or try help me just add me and i can show ya pictures ..

When I change my avatar, I usually have to switch my profile settings from "always offline" to other, then open up chat ... That usually syncs the pics up for me.

if this is for chat well is not in chat is just in app....

I can see your normal Profile. ⚔ Kassandra ⚔ with a woman as a Profile picture. The Steam app probably still has your old profile cached, try clearing the Steam app's cache, or re install it completly. Should fix the issue.

as mentioned contacted support and that is what they said too but didnt worked ...

as mentioned contacted support and that is what they said too but didnt worked ...

do you have other devices you can try to check?
