My phone got stolen, how do i replace my steam account's email and phone number?

So recently my phone got stolen and im no longer able to access the email i used for my main account (the one im using right now is a new one) nor am i able to access my phone number and the steam mobile guard. However, i still have access to that main account on my computer, however i would like to change its email and phone number in case something happens.

I've tried contacting steam support and it kept telling me it had trouble verifying captcha despite it not even showing me a captcha and when i tried verifying my password it told me "This account recovery session is not valid anymore, please try again"

I remember taking a picture of it using the phone that got stolen. But as you can see i wouldnt be able to see it anymore since i dont have my phone :(
