Steam's cursor is too small in X11 desktop of Linux

Im using ''13 2k Display screen. At first the default X11 desktop is small too. But I can set DPI bigger to change bigger Cursor and fonts. However, no matter how I set up the desktop, it doesn't work in Steam.
I can set the fonts scale, But the cursor can't. What is worse, as long as I run Proton/Wine to Play games, the fonts and cursor are still small. How can I solve this.
