Refund
I'm trying to request a refund for Monster Hunter Wilds, which I purchased yesterday. However, I haven't been able to launch the game and only have 3 minutes of playtime. When I go to request a refund, there's no option or button available for me to do so. Any help would be appreciated.

The game should be listed on the Support page under "Purchases".
Just select it from the list and the first option on the top should be " i want to ask for a refund".

You DID buy the game directly on Steam, yes?

I did Buy the game from steam. Not sure if I can show pictures here. But I have the proof that I bought it. There's just no button. Like I can go to ask for a refund. It shows the refund screen. But there is no button the press to confirm or anything like it.

Select refund destination (Payment method OR Steam Wallet)*

Then under "Tell us Why" choose the reason that applies and provide more detail.

Thenafter, hit "Submit request"**

Please note that refunds with more than 2 hours of playtime and/or more than 14 days after purchase will be rejected using this automated method.

*) NOTE: This is not a guarantee that it will be refunded to your payment method. During certain congestions, it has been observed that, to accelerate the process, the refund has been issued to your Steam Wallet instead.

**) Please be aware that during certain times, refund ticket processing can take multiple days. If the ticket has been deleted without a response, then it's very likely that your account has been compromised.

Yeah so that's the problem. There is no thing for refund destination or tell us why. It just isn't there. So I'm really confused.

Nope. Bought it myself.

How about when you go to your purchase history?

I see the refund option. I click it. And it goes to the correct page. But there is no button for me to press to confirm it
Select I have a question about this game, in the notes say you'd like a refund but the system is glitching so you can't request it the normal way.
I also would like help on a refund. My game autoplayed when I reinstalled, so now it's got over 2 hrs of "gameplay" while I was away at work. Now the refund is getting rejected every time. Help, it crashes before I can even make it to the main menu. I cannot play this!

Help > Purchases > click on game > "i've question about ..." > fill contact form
