copyright benefits for steam product?
I heard that Steam copyrights your content FOR you, in your release and the updates of your steam product, is this true?

Valve can't copyright content they don't own or is already copyrighted. No one would publish games on Steam if it meant giving away control of their IP.

Where did you hear this. And when you researched it, what resources did you find?

I believe that is the same as CC0, In this case I am looking into that if steam Copyright For a developer regarding content of a product uploaded onto steam

CC (0, BY, SA, etc) is a form of Copyleft, yeah.
I think any license considered libre, like Apache and GPL, would fit into copyleft.

Valve is not a copyrighting service. You don't need anyone to do that for you. You declare it yourself. It's why a lot of copyrighted work has it embedded in the work itself. You don't need help doing that.

How do you archive your intellectual property?

You need to contact someone that specializes in copyright law, not a bunch of randoms on a video game site forum.
