Steam account blocked from logging

So I just installed windows on my new laptop and scanned the QR code to login but when I scanned it it said I’m in Florida (which I’m not) and told me I’m blocked from logging in. How can I fix this?

Check if your computer has location access/location services on and see where it is localizing to. I assume since this is a new install you don't have a VPN set up but just make sure

You might even be able to set the default location in your laptops settings as well, you can also check if it is your IP at either of these sites:

The thing is it also locked me out of my pc which is were I was originally logged in
