Steam stuck in offline mode on desktop
I have same account on my pc and laptop. On pc it's stuck in offline and on laptop everything is fine. I am using vpn aften on laptop. why is it happening and what is the fix?

Switch to big screen mode and then back to large mode, ( Do this work or i remmeber wrong about it, its another steam users that discover this i do i mixup diffrent issue. )
