Steam Notes not syncing across devices

My notes aren't syncing. On the device with notes, the 'steam cloud sync' says it's synced and up-to-date. But on the other device, the notes do not show up.

My saves sync fine. But the notes themselves do not. This happens on multiple different games.

I tried creating notes on device A and device B, but neither notes transferred to the other device, despite Steam saying that they are cloud synced.

anyone have any suggestions for troubleshooting this issue?

Yeah I just checked a few more games and it's doing the same thing on all games

Could be a bug, yeah! I was hoping someone was aware of a common issue and could help with troubleshooting. If no one knows of anything, then I'll probably submit a bug report.

In the meantime, I will try switching off of beta branch, to see if that corrects it.

Yeah, I switched off of the beta branch; still having the same issue with notes not syncing.

Any other ideas of what could be causing this problem?

I haven't tested it in a while, but I was never told about any fixes since posting.
