almost all apps open/closes when i open/quit a game

hello god's soldiers, so i'm having two issues. one, every time i open a game, all of the apps that were open on my desktop closes, and two. every time i quit a game the folders app, edge, and even my audio control app opens. its so weird because on my other computer, this doesn't happen. how can i solve this?
