how to fix that please enable secure boot on face it

Go to system information (on your computer), BIOS should say UEFI and secure boot state should say on, do they?

Bios says uefi and secure boot state is off

I believe you enable it in windows security, under devices?

Okay so to turn it on you have to restart your computer and as it is turning on you press your shortcut key for BIOS config (Usually DEL or F2 button but check cause I don't know what you are running) THEN you go to the boot/security tab to set it to enabled, after that it should be on
