Losing items from my steam inventory
Two weeks ago I received a private message from a Steam employee who appeared in my friends list. The information appeared on my profile "Тhіѕ ассount іѕ bеіng vеrіfеd by а VALVE Emрlоуее". He wrote to me that too many IP addresses are using my Steam account and he needs to verify me. Almost all my games have been uninstalled. He asked me a few questions
and then told me to "legalize my items in my inventory" and for this I had to send my items to a trusted friend. He said that I would get my things back within 7 days and that the message would be sent to my e-mail. It's been two weeks and my stuff hasn't returned yet. I will add that I lost skins and items from various games, some of them were limited and expensive. What do I have to do to get my skins back? The next day the employee disappeared from my friends list, his profile was unique and distinctive, he looked like a real employee.

your items are gone, scammed/stolen items are not returned

steam does not contact you thru any chat channel, they dont post messages on your profile, they dont use discord, they dont give warnings about bans or investigations.

secure your account

your account is compromised
DO NOT TRADE
If you have access to the account

Steps to take NOW to secure the account:
1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a clean computer
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)
6. If points were stolen, do a password RESET to cancel the awards/points before they are delivered

Please review how you are logging into Steam, you somehow gave them your log in information. This could of been due to the computer being compromised and redirecting to a fake login, or you using a 3rd party site to login to steam.

After you have secured the account, please edit your profile back to normal by hitting the EDIT PROFILE button if it was altered by the hijacker/scammer. Report any accounts involved if possible.

Steam support does not post messages on your profile, they don't give out warnings about pending bans, they dont give time to move stuff, they wont tell you to move stuff. Someone has enough access to the account to make changes to the profile. If you try to move any items, the trade will get cancelled and a new one created sending the items to the scammers accounts.

They do not change your name/avatar unless it violates the rules (advertising, inappropriate language, etc). Such a change would only reset it to the default settings (your steam ID for the name, the default ? avatar for the avatar). This would include an account alert that you have to click a box that says "I have read this"
If you need to talk to someone,
you choose the official path on your own.

You never interact with someone who appears and "calls or writes or whatever"

First response said it all, there exist no valve employees, they were able to do everything you could have done yourself to your profile, because you leaked your info somewhere. Just edit your profile and remove the stuff they put in there.

The only reason they even contact you, is because the only thing they can't do is to initiate trades without your help to steal stuff from your account.

Remove the link, naming and shaming is not allowed and will only get you in trouble.

From the looks of it, the account is also compromised and being used by the scammer.

Remove your post. This counts as naming&shaming, besides only you have interacted with him.
