Steam not starting today

Up until yesterday everything was ok, but today steam no longer starts.
It is looping those messages in console:

i got same problem i dont know what to do

I found you can start steam once by deleting `~/.local/share/Steam` folder (make sure to keep `compatibilitytools.d` and `steamapps` so you wont loose your game saves), but problem returns next time you try to open it again.

If you have the tray icon available, I was able to successfully launch the client after disabling

Enable GPU accelerated rendering in web views (requires restart)

Update, while the UI opens, no games can connect to steam
