Gift sent error

I have purchased an item twice for two of my friends and I have sent them as a gift and it was successfully purchased, so my 3rd friend asked me to purchase him the same game and can’t this time , im trying from two days to sent it to him but an error keeps appearing and I can’t solve the problem, so please help and thank you ..

There is a gifting flag on your account when using the Steam wallet as a payment method.

Contact support. Only support can look into the gifting flag.

Or pay for the gift using an external payment method like a credit card, Paypal or whatever.

thank you for replying i appriciate your help but i have already contacted withe steam support but no answer from them also i cant pay with any other method , do you know any other thing that i could do to solve that problem without support ?
