Steam Library change

On the left side of the screen of my steam games library, I used to always have a list of installed games and then under that all the games in my library. Now suddenly I can only either select" all games" which has all my installed games peppered in the list in alphabetical order. Or only the list of installed games. Is there a way to go back to how it used to be?

You can create a dynamic collection with the "installed locally" parameter. If you name the collection something like "1. Installed" then it will appear at the top of the list because the Library is listed in alphabetical order. Uninstalled games and games in your other collections should follow.
