LoL Crazy Steam+Arma3 Addons Updating/Directory Structure bugs...

So, I have some Addons from OFPS BECTI/Warfare PvPvE type server that for some odd reason just refuse to 'update' either through the Steam Workshop (By both choosing Steam File Verify, or by Unsubscribe/Re-Subscribe to said Addons via Steam Workshop, have even done full system reboots in-between Unsubscribing) or the Arma 3 Launcher Repair function.

Here's what I've done, and what I've found...

1. Can delete Addons directories and then do Steam File Verify, Steam will INSTANTLY rebuild that full directory structure as if it was never deleted. Very odd behavior. But, does not update the Addons, as per what is available on Steam Workshop. So odd.

2. Can create random Subdirectory Folder, THEN move all files of Addon's Folder to the rando folder, THEN delete... and Steam's File Verify will 'rebuild' said directories with no files nor any other folders within them.

Prior to the above actions, used Arma 3 Launcher to 'Repair' Addons, Green dots would appear next to addons and upon attempting to enter said OFPS BECTI Arma 3 server, would get addon Signature Mismatch errors. Upon restarting Arma 3 Launcher, it would yet again show Addons 'in the Red', meaning Signature Mismatch.

Would then do Steam File Verify, let that finish out in 2 hours of waiting, then relaunch, same Mismatches. Noticed NO addition HEAVY network activity (was only getting some 12MB of Network traffic and up to 30MB per File Verify function, but this is FAR short of any repeated attempt to reload these addons with Workshop ReSubscribe attempts.).

Then, attempted #1 function to force Steam to rebuild said Addons after having set them to Unsubscribe in Steam Workshop. No Joy.

Then, noticing how odd this behavior was of insta-directory rebuilds with ZERO Network activity on either Steam File Verify function OR Arma 3 Launcher, attempted #2 to force directory rebuild. No Joy.

Anyways, I have no idea the fix for my issue.

Any suggestions?
