snipping tool doesn't work

when i play steam game, snipping tool doesn't work.
specifically, when I use win+shift+s short cut key or PrtSc key, the screen only turn home screen.
I tried to use delay screen shot and reinstalled but it also doesn't work.
I can use snipping tool when I play others game(Minecraft, fortnight)

Windows snip tool works in windows 10.
The overlay may mess with a game being played so take a F12 screenshot then open the screenshot and use the snip tool. Set it to regeon. Drag the curser around the area save it.
