Beta invites not coming through

Steam's support wizard doesn't let you submit help requests outside the limited wizard options, so I guess I'm asking here.

My friends are in the Deadlock beta and one invited me to join, but I've never received an invitation via my steam account or linked email. We thought maybe it had gotten lost, so a second friend tried and still no invite has come through.

Anyone know what could be happening or how to resolve? I can't contact steam support about the issue because there's no relevant option in the help wizard (great design there, Steam).
