How to upgrade a game
I bought base battle feild but realized I wanted the next package up how do I upgrade it

You can not upgrade to a different package. You must refund the base game and after the refund is accepted, purchase the package you want.

If you want to buy different bundle with new dlc and game you already purchased you should get discount for items you already own. For example you own Mafia 2 but want the whole trilogy with sale, you will not be charged for items currently in your library.
If that is what you mean.

Incorrect. This specific game, 2042, does NOT have a bundle or upgrade option. You can only purchase the Standard version, the Gold version or the Ultimate version.
