Steam Wallet and DLCs
Is it possible to purchase DLCs with funds from my steam wallet? Do I have to add money before it shows up as a payment method? I never used steam wallet so I don't know

Yes, you can use Steam Wallet to purchase both games and DLC.
Yes, you have to charge your wallet in advance using either a retail gift card of the same currency as yours, a digital gift card or an external payment method if you wish to make use of Steam Wallet balance.
Yes, a mixed payment using an external payment method is possible if your Wallet balance doesn't cover the full purchase.

Please note that digital gift card wallet balance and balance from sales on the Steam marketplace do not count against the 5 USD requirement to make an account unlimited.
