Is a user called "Service Assistant" Legit?

Something really odd happened, 4 purchases of 200.00 to my steam wallet,
When i tryied to refound it, a guy in my steam friends contacted me with this name "Service Assistant" i'm not sure if is legit or not

so i did the methods described by Yasahi in this post:

Every time i tryied to contact steam suport my tickets just was closed
Has someone ever experienced this ?

It's a scam. There's no "Service Assistants" that would use the chat for contacting you.

Your account is compromised, that's why your tickets are being closed (common behavior). This service assistant user is part of the scam, it's just a regular user with a suggestive name.

Chat and/or 3rd party messaging will never be used by Valve to discuss account or anything with a user for that matter.

Report the "Service assistant" through their profile for being compromised and being used as a part of scam.

Are your tickets still being closed? Did you do all the steps in the linked post? Is your API key empty?

And my tickets are now listed normally

They most likely de-friended you once the scam failed. If you know everyone on your friendlist well, you might be able to figure out who it was.
