Steam Flickering

So, my steam as it opens flickers black and white. I can see the header, and go between store and library, but the main page just flickers white. When I open it in big screen mode, it works. I have updated drivers, I have run the steam repair file through 'Windows + R', I've restarted my PC several times, I've uninstalled and reinstalled, can someone please help ):

Flickering in the client is sometimes solved by unticking "Text Scaling" in Settings.

Try deleting the web browser cache.


Steam menu -> Settings -> Web browser -> Delete web browser cache

Two solutions I can think of for now:
1. Delete web browser cache and cookies
These two options can be found by navigating through the following:

 Steam --> Settings --> Web Browser 

2. Delete appcache
Navigate to the location where you originally installed Steam, then backup appcache (copy and paste it wherever you want), just in case something goes wrong, then delete it from the Steam folder.

Restart Steam upon completing any of these solutions.

I tried both! Nothing seems to have changed ): Steam is still just flickering even with appcache removed, and ive cleared the browsing cache and cookies like instructed, any other ideas? ):
Anything other than having to use big mode, i beg-

I've been having the exact same problem on my desktop but my laptop and other devices are fine. It's fine in big picture mode but it's bothering me that it isn't working as it should in the client.

Guy's with the text flickering in steam do you have Windows 11?
