Bad quality Artwork showcase
Hello, I have such a big problem. I'm doing my Artwork on a profile when I'm done so the pictures look really good once I open them in Windows. But once I put it on my profile that photo looks awfully like the quality of 360p it can somehow be solved already I have a problem with it for a very long time I'll be very grateful.

can you make your profile public so we can see the issue you're experiencing?

of course.
You used some kind of inspect element trick to upload that picture, that's why it doesn't scale correctly. It isn't the correct ratio for typical Steam pics, but also Steam does compress screenshots/artworks to save on server space too of course.

yeah, but lot of people use such inspect element tricks without such massive downgrade to the quality of the artwork. I even use the same ratio as OP without any downgrade of the quality.

If you want, the image could have sent you (e.g. on imgur) resolution images is (506 X 955) the size of the image is (644 kb) the format is (PNG) Original photo on steam design website (from here I downloaded showcase) Image resolution is (506 X 955) image size is (210 kb) The format is (PNG) What resolution would you recommend?
I'd personally recommend sticking with the regular sizes... use featured artwork cases for big artworks, it still won't be crazy big but Steam's compression makes it so that any bigger pics have a noticeable decrease in quality.

its definitelly a lot better then OP's artwork. Look mainly at the text at the top and the bad quality around it. Anyway, I personally think it has something to do with the way steam processes colors.
