Is the netherlands and belgium the only countries that use ideal payment method on steam??

It's only the Netherlands. There's currently an issue between the browser in the client and the ABN/Amro online payment area not playing nice together with the page staying blank. Shopping from a regular browser works fine.

Primera has steam gift cards in €20 and €50 euros if that's easier for you. Just make sure to ask for the activation slip.

You need to verify your PayPal account. Check what methods PP offers you to do that.

Ive heard it doesnt and ive tried to verificate it but it never sends the conformation deposit so yeah
