can i redeem a steam gift card that has a different currency than my store region?
currently my store is in ukrainian currency but im staying in germany with no way of changing my region. if i were to redeem a gift card that i bought from any irl store would i be able to recieve the money on my account? if yes, would it change the region to germany change all the money to ukrainian currency and add it to my account?

If it works, it won't affect your store country.

In your instance, I'd honestly recommend using a German payment method, and changing your store country, at least until you can return to the Ukraine. To be honest, I'm unsure what methods of payment you can use in Germany, and which would be accessible to a non-resident.
