I am having the same problem and i really hope someone will have some way to fix that.

First guess from the error message would be that it's a problem with your GPU.

Your Intel HD 3000 IGP falls far below the minimum requirements. Unsure if this game is DX11 or OpenGL 3.2, but your Intel HD 3000 supports neither of these.

It won't work for hybrid AMD graphic adapter also. No matter it supports DX11 or not. Same thing was with Rage and have never been fixed.

if you have a notebook with nvidia optimus and you tried to update to the new beta driver from nvidia, you should start the driver setup after reboot manually.

the game wont work because it will only work on windows vista, windows vista 2 pack and 1 pack, and windows 7 anything else will not run so if u have windows 8 try to down grade it

The game runs fine on Windows 8.

Thank you for the help, so I guess I can't play it. Because I have an intel hd 3000 that can't run the game, like Canti says.

The HD 3000 is usually part of the intel processor. If you startup your device manager and go to display adapters you may have a separate graphics card installed. I'm getting the same error as above as the game is picking up my HD 3000 over my nvidia geforce gt 555 m (this card should be compatible).

The issue for me appears to be that the checks pickup the built in GPU over the separate card, and therefore the opengl 3.2 checks bomb as the HD 3000 is only 3.1 compatible.

As an FYI - I have set the nvidia card to be the primary and I have set the exe to use the nvidia card and it has made no difference

No problem, I will figure something out. Just wondered if you may be in the same boat.

Hey I have same issue I have another graphic card in my computer but whatever I done I couldn't change opengl vendor is still hd 3000.

I have exactly the same problem. Except I have an gt 540m... Have you fixed the problem and If yes please help me out... Thanks in advance.. :)

I had this problem and I fixed it. I have a GT555M. So what i did, I have downloaded the latest driver for my GPU ( http://www.nvidia.fr/Download/index.aspx?lang=en ) then while installing you can tick a boxe where they ask you if you want to make a total re-installation, that means it deletes all your passed configurations (something like this, i dont know what is exactly written in english). Then you keep insalling the driver. After you go to the control pannel and you check if the GPU Nvidia is chosen to run wolfenstein then it should work ;)

Hi, I have the same problem. I have GT 540M and it only detects the the Intel HD 3000 graphics although I have it set to run with the GPU and set the GPU as the primary, any help would be appreciated.

PS: I have already tried what RaptorEnColere suggested, didn't work.
