Team Fortress 2 In-Game Text Glitch

I've tried searching specifically for help on Google for this problem and have not been able to find what I'm looking for.

Anyway, ever since a few updates ago, I've been unable to properly install certain skins into my TF2 library without this strange text error popping up all the time. Here's a screenshot of what I mean:

Does anyone know how to fix this Menu Text Glitch?

I decided to try using the hud_reloadscheme command to see if it did anything and I got this message:

KeyValues Error: RecursiveLoadFromBuffer: got EOF instead of keyname in file resource/UI/HudInspectPanel.res
resource/UI/HudInspectPanel.res, (*itempanel*), (*ItemLabel*),

Also, the skins that I install (via .vpk in custom folder), I check them to see if there is that tf_english.txt file that some people talk about and they are never in there. If anyone knows how I can fix this it'd be greatly appreciated.
