my account got hack anyway i can get my item back?

i was trading my knife on cs go lounge until i guy pm me this link (removed) and then i didnt not realise is a scamming web site. then a stranger added me on steam vbirf131.......... then he unfriend me. then i realised my item were loost and i checked my my inventory history........ my items were traded to him...... anyway to get the items back?

Steam will not return any items or gifts that you feel have been traded unfairly. There are no exceptions to this policy. All trades are final. If you were scammed, you may submit a report from the offending user's profile, however contacting Steam Support will not result in the return of any stolen items/gifts.

The use and security of the Steam account is your responsibility. It does not matter if you let someone use the account, or if the account was being used without your knowledge. It is your responsibility to safeguard your account against such activities.

More than likely not. Since Steam's policy is to not return items, and it just happened to him.

The user is just another hijacked account, like you. The theif steals an account, then uses the stolen account to steal more accounts. Your stolen accounts are probably, or were probably, being used to spam other users and steal their accounts as well.

Valve may take up to a week, or more, to fix hijacked accounts. You will have to wait for them to fix it.
