Half my games showing small icons grid view.

Hello,

For about the past 2 weeks about half my library has the small icons when viewing games in grid view, it didn't used to be like this and I'm unsure what could have caused this. The other half of my library appears fine?

I know you can manually set the image now but I haven't messed with anything.

Also noticed the 2 games that used to have the small icons, 'Dota 2 test' and 'L4D 2 Beta' now have no icon at all?

Anyone have an idea why this has happened and how to get them back?

Same problem.

Fixed for me as well by opting into BETA.

same issue for me. most of the games are small icons.

Same problem. Unfortunatly it really takes away part of the fun for me. I've got a bunch of good games and sometimes like to "window shop" - the really small icons make that very difficult.

Hope this gets fixed soon.

I'm glad there appears to be a fix for this in the Beta. Fingers crossed it is also in the upcoming release.

EDIT: Refreshing the icons does not keep it fixed after closing and restarting Steam, will try Beta channel.

EDIT 2: Confirmed that Beta channel has fixed the issue, have notified Steam support. If you try to leave the BETA channel the icons will go back to small.

DOESN'T WORK: [Mine was doing this too, you do NOT need to opt into the BETA channel to fix this, you simply need to refresh Steam's config files.

same here,,did the flush thing in helpsection to renew all files and now i have 98% small icons instead of 40% -_-

I received an update to steam and afterwards the icons are back!

This - was happening for 2 weeks for me as well. Came looking for a thread like this, found it - read the last post, closed and reopened Steam.. Fixed.
