Humble Bundle is a legitimate and safe site. It links to your Steam Login (safely). Humble Bundle never gets your Steam login info.

It is a good source of cheap games.

I've purchased probably 30 bundles from Humble Bundle.

I've bought 3 or 4 different humble bundles now... In my experience, they're completely safe. You get a serial code to redeem on steam, and the games are yours forever. If the game is cheaper on HB, by all means buy it there. I usually just wait for a nice bundle to buy and get several games for a small price. I honestly have not bought just a single game from their store however.

Not any more. About half a year ago or so they switched to being "Click to redeem on your linked account". You never see Keys anymore. For Steam games. Origin bundles still give Origin keys for now. Though Amazon allows you to link your Origin account to your Amazon account and automatically redeem games as well, I'd imagine that Humble Bundle will implement that as Origin bundles happen more often.

You know, I stand corrected. You are right. The last bundle I did buy was exactly like that.

They don't usually give you ANYTHING other than Steam and "DRM free".

To my knowledge, the only bundle with Origin keys was, surprise, the "Humble Origin Bundle" by EA. EA doesn't seem to make a habit of putting games on Humblebundle, though.

The Popcap bundle, a little while ago.

I can't unlink my steam account from humble bundle because the link it provides to unlink steam is fake, it's cheating customers

Take it up with their customer support. They do a great job.

It's a very good legal and legit store one of the best features they have is that when you get games from bundles (not sure if the main storefront too) you sometimes get DRM FREE versions of the games besides a Steam key.
