Can't Login to Uplay [HELP QUICK]

I can't login to Uplay, nothing not even the customer support. I tried forgot password and it says my account is disabled, why is that? I preordered Watch Dogs for ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ 99 Euro I need my account, please help me!!

Im having the same issue as of today it's something on their end, when trying to reset pw it will say either email is invalid or account is disabled.

i have the same problem to log in ghost recon and clic on forgot password and the email confirmation to change pass dosen't come...

This seems like an extraordinarily stupidly obvious question, but it's one that I feel should be asked just in case. Has anyone who is experiencing this issue personally reached out to ubi support to ask this? Valve would only have so much that they could personally do with a third-party company.

I have this issue. Weird that this problem has been around for 4 years.

Never mind; I fixed it. Use a different browser. I tried Firefox and Chrome, but finally got it to work with Microsoft Edge.
