WPC is organized by ACE (Association of China E-sports) whose chairman has nepotism relations with another game LOL. Therefore he always misuses his power to put DOTA2 teams down in several ways such as limiting the number of the DOTA2 tournaments they can join, cutting down the tournaments agonized by ACE itself and so on.

I don't like any conspiracy theory, and it's possible that the sponsor delays the payment or the oganizer ACE misappropriates the money given by the sponsor, but anyway the truth is, DK, IG, LGD and other teams, none of them has got paid by WPC for about five months!
ACE is so powerful that it wants to manipulate all the DOTA2 teams, and most of the players have to involuntarily compromise. Thus ACE is very likely to be responsible for the misappropriation of the money. Professional players choose the silent resentment because once they revolt, they will be banned and isolated by ACE and has no game to join. Their career will be ruined. The dismiss of the former DOTA2 team Ehome was due to the tyranny of ACE
I think the suspending payment is a blemish to DOTA2. We fans buy the tickets and watch games with the client software, but at last we are told by our idol players that they didn't get paid. For crying out loud it's a fraud! If the fraud is real, Valve shouldn't have sold the tickets and put the crappy WPC in the client software.
As Chinese DOTA2 teams are controlled by ACE, so Chinese DOTA2 fans need a strong, just and righteous third party to deal with the problem.Therefore, On behalf of the Chinese DOTA2 fans, I venture to write this email to you. I wonder if you can let Valve know the situation and suggest Valve investigate the issue. ACE deserves some punishment. Plz stop it from cheating Chinese fans and making money with DOTA2!
