Accept button isn't popping up CS:GO

Dear steam users,

I know there have been several other threads regarding this problem, believe me I tried them all.
Since steam support is only giving me lots of links with pages full of words I'm asking you guys!

!Almost! everytime that I try to play Counter Strike:Global Offense the accept button doesn't show up. In the left window where the timer is, (where there should be an accept button popping up) I only get the message "Confirming match" while the timer is moving on. After 20 seconds I get the message that I didn't accept the match.

I've tried;

Setting my max pings/browser in steam to 250
Even tried to lower the value through my register.
Tried re-installing the game.
I've tried to complete remove all steam maps accept for userdata and steamapps. Then reboot steam, still didn't work.
In some forums people said the NAT Table is full and because of this you wont get the accept button. But while my accept button isn't appearing, I can still open websites, watch youtube, etc.

All of the above didn't work and I'm desperate to play.
Can someone please help me out?

most of the time verifying the integrity files for cs go helps it out for a few games until i have to do it again. otherwise it's uninstall all of steam, restart the computer to make sure all files are completely gone, reinstall.
OR
Log in with another account and use that account. for some reason, it mainly happens to my smurf account.
