If you don't know how to create a dxdiag report:
Getting an answer by the developers is probably the most promising way to solve the problem! :)
If you want to try something out while waiting for an answer:
Memento Mori 2 needs PhysX to be installed. PhysX is a kind of runtime library that can calculate physical reactions/movements and is used by a lot of games (not most games but a lot of games). The error message you get means that either there is an installed version of PhysX but it’s obsolete, there’s an installed version of PhysX but it’s defective or there’s no PhysX version installed.
The first thing you should try to do is simply try to install PhysX. If you can’t find it in the folder krystalao mentioned you can also download it here: Link[www.nvidia.co.uk]. When you have downloaded the file, rightclick on it and choose “install”. If this doesn’t work, please post exactly what doesn’t work and what error message appears.
If you're using a video card with NVidia GPU you should disable the "Physx Visual Indicator" in the NVidia control panel. It I remember it correctly you can find it at here:
Nvidia Control Panel -> 3d Settings -> Show Physx Visual Indicator
