your account login username
your email address
your CD-Key to any of your games
This often happens if you have activated a CD-Key found on the Internet to your account and when someone else tries to activate it they get error message telling them it's already in use with a button to retreive the account where it's in use and without reading a thing the game greedy users just click the button without knowning what it does.
This email contains your Steam username and nothing else and is emailed to you, not them.
There's nothing to worry about -- if they had your password to log into the account, they wouldn't cause that message to be sent. Unless, of course, they have access to your mail -- but chances are you wouldn't be seeing such mails then.
