Redeem steam wallet code HELP!

Has Valve deleted the "Redeem Steam Wallet Code button" in the latest updated Because i bought a steam code at my local games store and I am unable to find it anywhere in the application or the website. Steam support just says what it is but does not tell you how to get there or have a link for it.

I can't redeem my code without it please help!
