I agree with the others, An upgrade seems in order.
It will run, but will slow down quickly as more objects are spawned.
Whilst I could guess that your system is a pre-built computer (which explains why it's compiled of low-grade components), I'm sure that by using lowest-grade graphical settings I'm sure you'll have a fine time playing GMOD with not an overly amount of graphics lag.

ill probley mostley play on server and single player worlds i can run minecraft weth 50 fps
i not going to be blowing up like 500 nukes but i wanna make stuff so please help
