AMD display driver stopped working and has recovered ?!?!

Hello guys please I feel very bad...
When i play dota 2 it crashes and pops up a message "AMD display driver stopped working and has recovered" Help me please so i can fix this problem please I LOVE DOTA 2 :(
My laptop spec.
AMD A6-5200 APU (quadcore) with RADEON HD 8400
4GB RAM
Please HELP :(

I have the same series of graphics card and this happens to me too. It's only crashes with Dota 2. I've already tried everything from lowering my settings to trying to update drivers to under/overclocking and nothing has changed. I crash AT LEAST once per game and my abandonment record suffers. There's nothing we can do but hope that Valve sees the threads like these and tries to tweak their software to fit AMD graphics and display drivers. Other than that, sorry man. Nothin' for ya.

yes true indeed. my laptop is the same. acer with amd A6 APU with the same spec. I think earlier this year when i play doesnt happen this problem. only recently i play it start to crash couple of time per game. it does hinder my gameplay.

doubt so because overheating surely will be felt through the keyboard but no extreme heat felt. Plus before this never happen.

Ok just fixed it and found the issue be shore to post this around its an easy fix!!! Ok you need to do a system reovery from your last windows update and it it will show you when the update occured and what prgrams it affected, it will show you that for me amd display driver and basically every driver that came with amd catalyst was deleted. now i tried reinstalling it but for some reason they didnt run, ill get too that also. so recover the system to waht it was like before the update. then if you run a virus program mine is kaspersky, you may need to completely disable the prgram when you run games for now on.

Ok so Sunday Afternoon now and i log in to windows after a night of heavy gaming, and randomly my amd drivers have all been deleted?? wtf Suspect it to be my virus program because i done a full system restore back to my last restore point and last time i disabled kaspersky then ran games than enabled some things like web protection (small stuff). This time i did not disable it and games are stalling, bsod etc.... So nxt weekend i will reinstall beta 15.5 of catalyst and disable ksapersky and see waht happens if that doesnt work "im baffled like the all the rest" and just so you know no one has ever found a solid solution to this problem

Oh funny thing though all source engine games run wtf?? Not high settings offcourse because ive got no drivers so thats exeptable, so ill stick to dota 2 and cs for a while

10x to all of u guys the error hasnt accured since the reborn update,you r the best!
