Can I Run Watchdogs?

Hello! I am pretty bad at seeing whether i can rune a game or not so i hope someone out there can help me! :D

MY SYSTEM SPECS---

Processor: Intel Core i5-3210M CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.50 GHz

RAM: 8.00 GN (7.88 GB usable)

System Type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor

Alright so I have exactly Intel® HD Graphics 4000, so will I be able to run it then while recording it on camtasia? Or can I only play it without recording?

Your computer isn't that bad, you just need a dedicated graphics card.

I do have one question though, I am able to run Hawken which according to this site http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/fastest-graphics-card-radeon-geforce,3067-7.html has the equivelent required graphic for minimum rather smoothly. Why can't I run watchdogs? I am not trying to sound like a smart-ass I just want to know for future references :P
