Steam messing with 3rd party mods again - Server list

They aren't showing on the server list. You have to start the game to check server lists instead of just selecting the game on the server filter list for steam.

Specifically I'm talking about Resistance and Liberation Beta and Alpha. And probably all other 3rd party mods as well I'm sure.

Noticed that yesterday, i thought it was because of me doing a fresh install of steam and missing out a certain configuration or fix.
But now i guess this is an overall issue with valve messing up stuff once again.

If this was intentional and not by acident, it's a slap into the face of every mod developer and the whole community.

If it was just the usual "we don't test our code before releasing an update, broken stuff eventually will get fixed in a future update" thing, i hope it will get fixed ASAP.

I havnt been having this problem myself but lots of my friends have been so i do want it fixed ASAP cause its causing lots of trouble in a whole ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of games.

Okay for God's sake this happens every couple months. What the hell, steam? I see it in RnL, BG2, Goldeneye: Source, WW1S, basically every mod I have. Even some of the official games glitch out sometimes. Fix. It. Please.

Frankly, the Steam server browser sucks big time. I haven't used it for years.

Today I can only see only 1 active server in my history tab while rest of the servers remain not responding. GJ Steam.

No. Steam doesn't care about 3rd party mods.

Well it's really bloody frustrating and confusing seeing as I have fistful of frags which is now standalone on steam but even that isn't showing up in the server browser's game list.
