Dota2 Problem : Disconnecting for 5 sec every 30 sec

Hi .
when join a dota 2 match sometimes ( like 1 game out of 10 games in a day ) i suddenly get disconnected from the game and i cant reconnect unless i somehow change my IP address ( by reseting router or using vpn ) , and the same problem sometimes shows up like this , getting disconnected for 5 seconds ( the red error which says connection problem : auto disconnecting from the game in 30 seconds shows up for 5 sec) but i wont get disconnected completely ! the game goes on after this 5 sec but again after about 20 - 30 seconds i get dc for 5 sec and again and again ... which is SO annoying . the only way to get rid of this problem was changing IP address .
but right after 6.81 update and the massive changes, this problem got even worse !!!
now i cant do anything to fix this problem when it happens ! and the game gets ruined obviously !
and it used to be 1 game per 10 game ! now this problem shows up in almost every game !!

my friends have exactly the same problem ! its not just me and i am 100% sure that the problem is not related to my connection ! ( i made myself sure by checking my connection in many ways )

So what can i do ?

SAME PROBLEM AND ITS SO F......N ANNOYING. we are not stupid and understand that steam may have a reason to kick some region's ips but its not fair dont be a RACIST . if it does not occur in dubai server i will be completely sure about steam's probable reasons BUT ITS NOT F........n FAIR :| :| :|

I try to change my IP too but that problem didnt fix
my friends from all over of our country have this problem
really we can't play and most of us our rank get to much low

i had this on dota2 game and tried to change the game and got the teamfortress2 and
right the moment i had an smile on me and playing that dam problem again happened on tf2 it made me crazy
