Port Forwarding (probably the thousandth thread like this...)

First off, I'm tech-competent and have followed every tutorial out there, Google'd every piece of help I could find, used programs, and nothing is working.

Problem: my ports are forwarded but not open.
Reason: no clue.

The odd issue is that they were open a few weeks ago, working just fine, and then suddenly stopped. I have checked several times on my router to make sure the ports are indeed forwarded and they are. I've forwarded ports through Windows Firewall and attempted to disable Firewall all together in an attempt to fix to no avail.

My IPv4 has changed randomly in the past but this is indeed not the issue. The only thing that's changed recently is my PC's public IP. Don't know why or how that would affect the ports from my router but thought I'd mention it.

Router: Motorola SBG6580 w/ v3.5 Firmware
PC OS: Windows 7 x64

Any help, even shot in the dark suggestions, would be greatly appreciated. :)

Are they forwarded to the right internal address? Also, you don't forward ports through firewalls. You open them.
Anyway, how exactly do you see the problem?

Sorry, I guess I meant open from Firewall, haha. As to what you said about the internal address, they seem to be, I've checked this several times. Here's my forwarding panel and ipconfig return if it's any help: Image[i.imgur.com]

If you made sure you forwarded your ports from the router and you added exceptions in the firewall, your isp might be blocking some ports and you need to contact them about this.
Also to port forward do this.
1. Open cmd.exe, you can find cmd.exe by clicking your startmenu and typing cmd.exe in there.
2. Type in ipconfig/all
3. Look out for IPv4 -address and DHCP
4. Open your web-browser and type your DHCP address in there (typically 192.168.x.x)
5. See your router's manufacturer and model no.

6. This is where things get more complicated, as it's entirely up to the router how things go from here. You might wanna Google it up to see if you can find results with the manufacturer and the model no, but usually Port Forwarding is under 'Network Settings' -> 'NAT'.

Forward ALL your firewalls.

1. The Router Firewall
2. Windows Firewall (the one built in to the operating system)
3. Your software security fire wall, commonly known as Antivrus. Although some people may have other software firewalls.

The most common mistake I've seen is people forgetting that their AV also has a fire wall.

Mostly there is none.

If he went as far as to research port forwarding, he would have a reason. No one goes looking for port forwarding tutorials and information without having a reason such as hosting a game server.

Ding ding ding. I host private Garry's Mod servers pretty frequently, which is why my ports suddenly closing without notice has been a bit annoying. I went through just about everything on my router dash and see nothing that should be stopping them to be open, so contacting my ISP seems to be the only option.
